Inserting Cells, Rows and Columns  in Excel 
	
      When one has forgotten a cell or a row, then one must add one or delete one. 
      To do this, select the column or row you want to insert a column or row BEFORE, and click insert, column or row.
      To insert a cell it is similar, just another menu will appear and ask you if you wish to shift the cell to the right or down or if the entire row or column should be inserted
